Yes. Upload a small audio file or paste your podcast RSS feed URL, we automatically pick the latest episode and transcribe it. You can also paste a direct MP3/M4A link. Transcription is handled by OpenAI Whisper. Available on all plans.

25 MB, this is the OpenAI Whisper API limit and applies to both direct uploads and RSS/URL-fetched audio. At a typical 128 kbps podcast bitrate that's about 25 minutes of audio; at 96 kbps you fit roughly 35 minutes. Longer episodes need to be at a lower bitrate or split into parts.

No. ReshareAI pulls captions directly using a transcript library, you just paste the YouTube link. If a video has no captions available, you'll get a clear error and can upload the audio instead.

Most public articles work. ReshareAI uses Cheerio to extract the main content. Pages behind paywalls, JavaScript-heavy SPAs without server-side rendering, or sites that block scrapers may fail, paste the text directly in those cases.

Effectively no. The tool handles full blog posts and podcast episodes routinely. Very long content is truncated to fit the model's context window, prioritizing the opening and structural sections.

Yes. After paste or scrape, you see the source text and can edit it before generating. Useful for trimming intros, fixing typos, or focusing on a specific section.

You can upload audio extracted from a video. For YouTube, paste the link and we use the transcript. We don't yet auto-clip vertical short-form video, for that, see Opus Clip.

Yes. Twitter posts respect the 280-char limit per message in a thread. LinkedIn, Instagram, and others use platform-appropriate length defaults. The character count is shown next to each generated post.

Yes, on the Pro plan. You can save a brand voice in your dashboard, it's automatically applied to every generation so your content always sounds like you. You can also override it per session if you need a different tone for a specific piece.

Describe how you write in 2–4 sentences. Mention sentence length, vocabulary level, common phrases you avoid, things you emphasize. Example: 'Direct, no fluff. Short sentences. Avoid jargon. Use specific numbers when possible. Sound like a senior engineer explaining to a peer.' 500 character max.

Business lets you save up to 5 named brand voices, useful if you manage multiple brands, clients, or content lines. Switch between them per session from a dropdown. Pro users get a single saved voice that auto-applies.

Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard. Your Pro access stays active until the end of your current billing period, no questions asked, no retention process.

You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Saved brand voices remain in your account but only the first one is auto-applied on Free (if you have any).

No. Flat monthly or yearly price. No per-seat fees, no usage overages on Pro/Business, no surprise billing.

No. Content is processed via OpenAI's API, which does not use API data to train their models by default. Your content is never stored by OpenAI beyond 30 days of abuse monitoring.

On Supabase (EU region). Your account, sessions, and generated outputs are encrypted at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Yes. Account → Delete account in your dashboard. This cancels any active subscription and deletes all your data, sessions, brand voices, ideas, within seconds. Cannot be reversed.
